Election Day 7:18 p.m.

The presidential race in Pennsylvania is still too close to call as of 7:18 p.m. “I’m utterly terrified,” said Casper Eichman, a third-year University of Oregon student closely following the election. He believes Pennsylvania could determine the outcome. “It’s looking like we’re going to lose Georgia and North Carolina, so Pennsylvania’s votes are massive,” said Eichman. 

Yet, Eichman remains hopeful. “I remember in the 2020 election, Trump led Pennsylvania for a majority of the time,” Eichman said. “There’s still lots of time left.”
